   Evidence of violation: Upon investigating a concern, it was determined that supervision was lacking in one of the classrooms. Method of correction: Each staff member will register for the supervision class called A Watchful Eye: Supervision in Early Childhood. #35279. The class is listed in the Growing Futures/Work Registry website. The director will establish a deadline for it to be completed. The registration verification for each staff member should be submitted to the Licenser with in 24 hours. Time allowed for correction: Immediate.    Evidence of violation: Upon investigating the concern, it was found that the staff member was not conducting her duties properly. Method of correction: The director will develop a checklist to observe/evaluate each staff member 2x a day. She should note at least one positive item that the staff is performing and one item that the staff could improve upon. This should be done for 2 weeks.    Evidence of violation: Upon investigating a concern, it was found that the owner has lacked in communicating personnel policies with the staff members. Some staff members did not have the knowledge of who was in charge during an emergency. Some staff didn't have knowledge that a situation was in progress or the degree of the situation. It was found that staff did not say anything to the person in charge when a child left his classroom unattended several times throughout the day. Method of correction: A list should be posted for staff of who is in charge if the director or supervisor must leave the facility. An emergency staff meeting should be schedule and conducted to review emergency scenarios and where to take their group if one needs to assist in an emergency. The staff meeting agenda should be submitted as verification along with staff members signature of attendance. Time allowed for correction: 20 Day.    Evidence of violation: During an unannounced visit, it was found a staff member sleeping while the children were laying down for nap. Some of the children were not a sleep yet. The staff had to be shook to be woke up. Method of correction: Have tasks assigned for staff to do during that time in their room. Director or supervisor make random monitor checks during rest time.
