    Evidence of violation: It was found during the investigative process of concerns that staff members have inappropriately handled/lifted children. Method of correction: Do move forward with a staff meeting reminding staff of the proper way to pick up/lift a child. Also, reminding staff that gentle physical guidance must occur and improper handling could result in physical harm, pain or injury.
