   Evidence of violation: It was found during the visit conducted on 3/23/2026 and 3/26/2026 that a child had been allowed to be bitten 12 times before action was taken to correct it. This was considered excessive and the child being bitten safety was not being met. Method of correction: To create a safety plan, a biting policy, and training for staff to know how to move forward when working with children that are biting and children that are being bite. Do move forward with placing an extra staff member in the classroom as discussed to work directly with the child who is biting so that you are protecting other children in the classroom.
