Evidence of violation: During concern visit staff member admitted to using a marijuana vape while on break then returning to work at the childcare. It was reported that this staff smelled of marijuana and was acting odd. Method of correction: Director will review staff policy of health requirements with this staff member and take action according to center policy. Licensing and CPS recommend staff member reported in this incident be drug tested and monitored for signs of being under the influence of Marijuana or smelling of marijuana when arriving at work and when returning to work from breaks.
