   A safe indoor and outdoor environment was not provided for the children. There was a sharp nail exposed on a shelf here the children toys were kept. This was corrected during this visit. On the toddler playground ,there was cement exposed at the bottom of the fence. This is a safety hazard. The molding around the air conditioner in the Explorer 2 classroom had nails exposed and was broken. Also a hole was in the wall in the Preschool classroom.
