    The water temperature was exceeding 120 degrees F. It was set to 121 degrees F. The water temperature must be adjusted to not exceed 120 degrees F. The dog leash needs to be removed from the side exit. Discussed the swing structures and slides can not be used during day care hours. The structures do not meet the required fall zones. Corrective action: I put the water temp 119 like licensor told me. I took the dog leash out the way. I also moved the swing sets and it will not be used during daycare hours at all.. Regulation: Outdoor Space. The licensee must maintain, or have access to, an outdoor play area of at least 75 square feet per child who is outside at any one time., Indoor Space. The indoor space must be clean, safely maintained, well-ventilated and well-lit, of sufficient size for the children served, and must encourage play and learning. Cited during: Progress Visit.
