Corrective action: Child A was missing the lead exam and child B was missing a copy of an updated physical copy (once parents were notified that in order for child to return to care a copy of the lab work/physical exam had to be provided/parents provided the copies the same week of visit). The water temperature was exceeding 120 degrees F. It was reading at 127 degrees F. The water temperature needs to be adjusted to not exceed 120 degrees F. Corrective action: The water temperature was lowered during visit, however, took time to reflect temperature. The water temperature reflected 120 degrees by the end of day of visit.. Regulation: Outdoor Space. The licensee must maintain, or have access to, an outdoor play area of at least 75 square feet per child who is outside at any one time., Indoor Space. The indoor space must be clean, safely maintained, well-ventilated and well-lit, of sufficient size for the children served, and must encourage play and learning. Cited during: Monitoring Visit. The program did not have a variety of play materials that could be used for outdoor play accessible. Corrective action: The children were playing with an inflatable football prior to the licensors arrival that was popped. We were preparing to go indoors. The children have several inflatable giant sports balls, kick balls, basketballs, frisbees, hula hoops etc (put away unless being used)..
