During the visit the licensor observed one educator on the playground with approx. 22 children. Corrective action: The Director spoke with the site coordinator about supervision and plans to address this again in the monthly meetings. Corrective action: I reached out to the parent and asked them to provide a new box for the medication so it would be stored in it's original packaging. It was dropped off last week.. Monthly Evacuation drills logs are not current. Corrective action: My [redacted] and [redacted] team practice the fire evacuations each month. [redacted] is currently updating the list to reflect the current dates of practice and posting it this afternoon..
