7.07(07), 7.07(10) — Physical Space (Indoor & Outdoor)

The lawnmower needs to be removed from the outdoor play area. The utility trailer needs to be removed from the outdoor space. The debris and outdoor waste needs to be cleared out from the outdoor space. Corrective action: THE LAWN MOWER AND UTILITY TRAILER WAS REMOVED THE SAME DAY. THE DEBRIS AND OUTDOOR WASTE THAT SOME ANIMAL GOT INTO THE TRASH WAS PICKED UP ALSO.. Regulation: Outdoor Space. The licensee must maintain, or have access to, an outdoor play area of at least 75 square feet per child who is outside at any one time., Indoor Space. Three of the children’s records were reviewed at this visit. Two of the records were missing an annual update form. One record was missing the medical form and immunizations. The progress reports were not completed in a timely manner. The reports were completed once a year. Corrective action: progress reports were found in the folder and all was up to date. The office room was cluttered. The office needs to be clear of clutter. The backyard needs to be clear of debris and plastic bags need to be removed. The dome climber did not meet the required fall zones. The dome will need to be removed.
