The program must also gather an individual health care plan that must be completed by the child's pediatrician. Corrective action: Childs pediatrician completed medical and medication order.IHP was completed. All documents were placed in the childs file, with the medication in the lock box, and also in the area where I posted a medical condition respecting the childs privacy. All documents have a picture of the child for identification purpose..
