During the review of two IHCP's it was noted that two children's plans identify additional medication that must be maintained. Only the [redacted] were provided to the program, the con current meds were not available. Corrective action: The Director has communicated with the Site Coordinators regarding the missing medications. Parents have been contacted to ensure all required medications identified in the IHCPs are provided and updated accordingly.. During the visit the children were utilizing the school’s outdoor climbing equipment. Several areas appear to have minimum impact absorbing materials in the fall zones. Corrective action: I have sent an email to the principal of the school to inform her of this. She has since responded that the maintenance team has corrected this error. There playground now has 9 inches of mulch for absorbing materials.. Regulation: Playground Safety. The use zones under and around swings, slides, and climbing structures must be covered with an adequate depth of an impact absorbing material, in accordance with EEC policy.
