   During the visit the educators in the room did not sit at the tables and interact with the children. All educators were near a table but standing without interactions. Corrective action: This observation was during snack time. We noticed there was lack of interaction at tables and talked about how a staff meeting was coming up soon. At the meeting we are implementing this non-compliance and strictly enforcing more interaction during this time. We are going to make sure that staff are getting more involved, and rather than creating conversations while standing, they will take the initiative to sit down with children at the tables while they eat their snack. This will allow for staff to be more present and offer more direct assistance to the children. Staff will then continue to interact during the various activities that are provided after snack like normally..
