    During the visit the fish room had a bookshelf that needs to be secured as it was tippable and could become a hazard to children. Corrective action: The bookshelf in the Fish classroom has been attached to the wall to prevent any tipping/falling.. Regulation: All play equipment, fences and structures must be free of entrapment hazards., The licensee must ensure that the physical facilities are safe, clean, in good repair and free from hazards and clutter. The licensee must monitor the environment daily to identify and remove or repair any hazards that may cause injury to children. Exits and evacuation routes must be kept clear of obstructions., Building Inspection. Corrective action: On 3/7/25 the Director spoke with the Executive Director of the church to establish a plan with the church volunteers to paint the classrooms and bathrooms with chipped paint. The Executive Director of the church has established a team of church volunteers to paint the rooms and bathrooms in order of necessity. The volunteers will begin with the bathroom adjacent to the Butterfly classroom this weekend. Painting will continue until all areas in need of painting have been completed..
