    The program has moved to electronic files for Staff records. On the day of the visit Administrators were unable to provide EEC Licensor complete staff records for review. Licensor allowed the program to email records for review. During the review EEC Licensor was not able to assess full compliance with Staff records. Corrective action: Per our Employee Handbook employee records are securely kept in electronic format in our online HR system Paylocity. The Director of Operations or CEO will access them for a licensor on their visit. A file with non-confidential requirements such as PQ registry, staff qualifications, trainings etc. will be available for the licensor upon request..
