Diapering procedures were not followed when a paper towel was not placed under the child's bottom (step 2), gloves were not disposed of prior to redressing the child (step 7) and the diapering mat was not cleaned with disinfecting products when a baby wipe was used (step 11). K.A.R. 28-4-115 Facility. (c) (16) has at least one bathroom with at least one sink and one flush toilet. All fixtures shall be in working order at all times. An individual towel and washcloth or disposable products shall be provided for each child. The use of common towels shall be prohibited. Hand soap shall be readily accessible in each bathroom.; and
