An observation of children in care needs to be conducted. As such, worker will return for an unannounced visit to conduct an observation of children in care, and to inspect the roster of enrolled children, attendance records, and children's health records. Correction: Child Care Licensing (CCL) Worker conducted an unannounced drop-in visit to Seagull Schools The Early Education Center on November 7, 2025 to observe the children in care, and verify that the staff-child ratio is being met. During the visit, the children were observed during indoor playtime. The Worker also verified that the roster of enrolled children, attendance records, and children's health records were accounted for. At the time of the visit, there were 86 children in attendance.
