This rule section will be satisfied once the Health & Safety information is processed and posted by PATCH, showing that XXXXX meets the training requirement. We are reminding you that all caregiving staff need at least 16 hours of department approved training on an ANNUAL basis in at least two topic areas and substitutes need at least 10 hours of training. If they do not complete this requirement by June 30, 2025, we will have to exclude these staff members and they will not be able to count towards the staff-child ratio until they do, which may affect your license to operate a Group Child Caring Center (GCC). * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *** Important Reminder: Our system shows that all other staff has not done any health and safety training for their current training period which expires in 2025.
