HAR §17-895.1-3 — Background checks according with chapter 17-801 (criminal history, sex offender registry, child abuse/neglect, adult abuse perpetrator, employment history check, and other information)

The following staff members have clearances that are currently in Received/Pending status: XXXXX No action needed at this time. Worker verified that all staff hold current (not expired) annual background clearance checks at this time, except for two staff that mentioned above who are in Received/Pending status. This deficiency shall be satisfied when the clearances are completed and the two staff members have been cleared.
