Two staff members have annual clearances that will expire within the next 60 days. NO ACTION NEEDED AT THIS TIME. DHS 948 Authorization for Background Check and to Release Information forms for both staff members have been received by the licensing Worker for processing. Once the clearances are processed and cleared, this deficiency shall be satisfied. Correction: Both staff members now hold current (not expired) annual background check clearances, as such, deficiency has been satisfied.
