HAR §17-891.2-68 — Child care area clean, comfortable and there is adequate space

The Worker inspected the child care areas and found the indoor and outdoor area needs to be cleared and organized for adequate child care space. The provider has central air condition, so the entire home is kept at a comfortable temperature. The Worker also inspected the outdoor patio which had enough shade for outdoor activities and a yard for the children to freely play. Correction: Provider cleared the child care space.

HAR §17-891.2-41 — Health record on each child

Provider to obtain TB clearance for one child. Correction: Worker verified TB clearance; completed.

HAR §17-891.2-35 — Caregivers complete 16 hours of training in at least two of the department-approved topic areas within twelve months of the initial training and annually thereafter

Provider to cover the trash can in the bathroom. Correction: Provider completed.

Provider to obtain a new pediatric first aid and CPR card and submit a copy to worker. Correction: Current certification on file; expires 04/2027.
