17-892.2-35 Staff training, experience, and personal qualifications. (c) Each caregiver, substitute, and volunteer within forty-five days of hire , shall complete initial training that is approved by the department in health and safety standards. Please have staff member XXXXX complete the initial Health and Safety assessment by January 31, 2025. Failure to do so will result in the individuals being excluded from providing child care until the training requirement is met. This requirement will be met once the assessment is recorded in the system by PATCH. Assessment is attached. Correction: All staff members have completed their Health and Safety training.
