   All providers shall comply with the new Before and After School Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) effective December 31, 2024.    The Worker received the Christian Academy Before & After School Care daily schedule of activities on 02/13/2025, but the schedule does not indicate what activities are conducted on Wednesdays. Twenty-five percent of program time is spent on gross motor activities for the other days of the week, as the program operates for 180 minutes, with 50 minutes spent in gross motor activities. Please submit a daily schedule of the before and after school program's activities for Wednesdays, which indicates that twenty-five percent of the program time is spent in gross motor activities to promote physical activities. Correction: The Worker received the program's daily schedule of activities for Wednesdays.
