During the licensing visit on September 5, 2025, the 3 and 4 year old classrooms were combined, as the Worker observed 15 children with 1 teacher qualified staff member. This does not meet the staff-child ratio and staff-employment sequence requirement. To ensure that you are in compliance with this rule, the Worker will conduct a future drop-in visit. Correction: During an unannounced drop-in visit to Love A Keiki Learning Center on October 3, 2025, the Worker observed the following groups of children and staff, which meets the staff-child ratio requirements: 3-year-olds classroom: 7 children present with 1 teacher qualified staff member and 1 aide. 4-year-olds classroom: 12 children present with 1 teacher qualified staff member and 1 aide.
