The Worker will return to conduct an observation visit of children in care. Please contact the Worker when you have children in care. During this visit, the worker will verify the following: - Roster of enrolled children - Daily attendance records - Provides adequate supervision at all times - No more than two (2) children ages 18 months and younger are being cared for - Operating within staff-child ratio - Health record on each child - Use of a clean non-porous surface for diaper changing Correction: Observation visit has yet to be conducted.
