CCF Handbook, Section 2.5.4, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) General Requirements [SR] Comments: The facility did not have the documentation of a current annual vehicle inspection. Provider will have the vehicle inspected and send the updated inspection licensing specialist via email by 2/09/26. The vehicle cannot be used to transport children until a current inspection is completed. DCF CCF Handbook section 2.5.4 (A): "All vehicles regularly used to transport children must be inspected annually by a mechanic to ensure that they are in proper working order.
