The operators staff credential expired on 6/4/2025 per the Florida Early Childhood Professional Development Registry. Technical assistance was provided advising the provider that operators must possess and maintain an active Staff Credential Verification Confirmation, documented on their Training Transcript for at least one year prior to licensure. During renewal inspection, it was observed that all files have expired CAN. All forms updated at time of inspection.
