All childrens files were reviewed by the licensing specialist.On 2/6/26 another on site visit was conducted to check the files for the additional people that were added to the clearing house roster. The roster could not be pulled on the first visit. There were 11 children present and only 8 children signed in. The staff filled in the dates.
