CCF Handbook, Section 7.1 Comments: At the time of the inspection, the licensing specialist reviewed the children's files and the three children that are listed in the supplemental have expired immunizations. TA was provided that all children must have current immunizations that are enrolled and attending. These forms must be current by the due date.
