FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.15, G Comments: During the time of inspection, the children's sippy cups were not labeled with their first and last name. Licensing specialist gave the provider technical assistance and explained the importance of labeling the sippy cups, the provider understood and labeled the sippy cups with their first and last name. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.15, G. All bottles and sippy cups prepared and used continuously throughout the day shall be individually labeled with the childs first and last name. This does not limit any type of identification system in addition to names. Sippy cups or bottles brought from home shall be individually labeled with the childs first and last name and returned to the custodial parent or legal guardian daily.
