FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 4.1, L Comments: During the time of inspection (3/4/2026), the licensing specialist reviewed the clearinghouse roster and noticed a household member and substitute were not added, the provider failed to maintain their clearinghouse roster. The licensing specialist provided advised the provider and provided technical assistance. The provider stated she understood and will add the individuals. Provided technical assistance from FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 4.1, L The employer/owner/operator must add substitutes, employees and household members to their Employee/Contractor Roster within ten days of when the individual has received a child care eligible result. Employer/owner/operator must add an end date within ten days of termination for individuals on the Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse when employment terminates, or a household member is no longer residing in the home. The counselor was reviewing the fire drill log and noticed there were missing dates and times on the fire drill log. The provider then corrected the fire drill log. Technical assistance was given. The counselor explained the importance of having the fire drill log complete to the provider. The written record of fire drills was missing the following: [ date & time of the drill ] .
