    The facility didnt have a written plan of scheduled activities. CCF Handbook, Section 2.6 (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) General Requirements [SR] Comments: During the time of inspection (1/28/2026), as the licensing specialist observed the classrooms noticed scheduled planned activities were outdated from January 6-9,2026 and the second classroom outdated from of January 20-23. The licensing specialist explained the importance to the provider and the provider understood. The teachers corrected this at the time of inspection. Not Applicable Comments During the time of inspection, the provider advised they do not conduct any field trips therefore this is being marked off as not applicable. 10.
