At the time of inspection at about 1:30 p.m. Observed a male, attending to a 2 year old child in care. The male came into the home, took the child from the provider and attempted to leave the room. The inspector questioned the provider about the male identity. Per provider the male is her son. Who is not a substitute nor a household member. The male does not have a background level II screening, nor does he have a Affidavit of Good Moral Character and attempting to providing care to the child, but was intervened by the inspector's question. Technical assistance was given to the provider that all household members OR frequent visitors to the home while children are in care are required to have a valid level II background screening along with the file and required documents.
