Fencing, including gates, must be continuous, and shall not have opening or gaps larger than 3 1/2 inches that would allow children to exit the outdoor play area. The bottom or base of the fence must remain at ground level and free from erosion or buildup to prevent inside or outside access by children or animals Compliance Comments During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that the swimming pool water was clean/clear, and that the Operator had appropriate barriers in place to prevent the children that are in care from gaining access to the swimming pool. During the inspection, the Operator advised the Licensing Specialist that the swimming pool is not utilized for the children that are in care. (Compliance) 15.
