Outdoor play areas in the home were not free from litter, nails, glass, and other hazards. Provider empty the water bucket and water hose put it away of children access. T.A. Outdoor Play areas shall be clean, in good repair and free from litter, nails, glass, and other hazards. Tubs, buckets, and other open containers of water should be emptied immediately after use.
