The child enrichment provider was missing level 2 screening or did not met the screening requirements prior to providing services. s.402.3054(3), F.S. Comments: Licensing Specialist reviewing the enrichment provider file notice that a Level 2 screening did not met the screening requirements. T.A. A child enrichment service provider shall be of good moral character based upon screening. This screening shall be conducted as provided in chapter 435, using the level 2 standards for screening set forth in that chapter. A child enrichment service provider must meet the screening requirements prior to providing services to a child in a child care facility. A child enrichment service provider who has met the screening standards shall not be required to be under the direct and constant supervision of child care personnel. The facility did not have documented proof that all child care personnel were trained and knowledgeable in the use of fire extinguishers within 30 days of date of hire. SACCF Handbook, Section 4.2.3 Comments: Licensing Specialist observed that the facility did not have documented proof that all child care personnel were trained and knowledgeable in the use of fire extinguishers within 30 days of date of hire. T.A. All child care personnel shall be trained in the use and operation of a fire extinguisher, at each facility they are employed, within 30 days of date of hire.
