A health and safety deficiency having a low potential for harm to the children in care was observed. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.6, A Health Requirements [SR] Comments: There was a tree stomp on the playground under the swing set that needs to be cut down lower in to keep the probability of harm low, at the height that it is now, it's a chance a child could trip or hurt their leg. Provider advised to remove or cut down the stomp to maintain the compliance of the standard. Not Applicable Comments Swimming pool is not on the premises of the home.
