FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.11, B Comments: At the time of the inspection, the licensing specialist observed the homers fire extinguisher was last tagged in April 2023. Technical assistance was given to the provider to have the fire extinguisher serviced/tagged prior to the due date.
