A child was observed napping or sleeping in a bedroom with the bedroom door closed. Comments: Upon arrival there was a child sleeping in a bedroom with the door closed and another child sleeping in the back room with the door closed. Provider opened both doors and submitted a corrective action statement which states "I am aware the door was closed during naptime. I will ensure moving forward that the doors will be left open."
