Comments: A 2-year-old class moved a child to another 2's classroom and did not sign the child out. Their attendance reflected 11 and they had 10. A 1-year-old class had a visitor from another 1's classroom and did not sign the child in. Their attendance reflected 9 and they had 10. Both classroom teachers corrected the record immediately which brings this area back into compliance. Discussed the importance of accurate attendance especially if there was an emergency. Written directions on the prescription label the manufacturers label or from the childs doctor for dispensing prescription or non- prescription medication were not followed in that [The medication was prescribed in Jan.]. Comments: A prescription diaper cream was prescribed to a child in January 2025 to be used for 7 days. The parent brought the medication in to be used again on the child on 10/6/25 without an updated note from the prescribing physician. The medication was put in the clinic for pickup, and the parent was notified an updated note from the physician was needed in order to use on the child. This brings this area into compliance.
