During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist reviewed 5 of the 5 childrens files. REMINDER: Influenza brochures must be provided annually between August 1st and September 30th for each enrolled child. Distracted Adult brochures must be provided semi-annually in the months of April and September for each enrolled child. 33-6: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that the daily attendance was not accurate in that there were 4 children on site and 1 child was signed in. The provider stated that they did a fire drill on 12/15/2025. During the inspection, a fire drill was conducted with Licensing, there were 4 adults and 5 children. This is being marked corrected at the time of the inspection.
