CCF Handbook, Section 3.1, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: 12-2: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that there were areas in the facility that were not in good repair. In the two-year- old classroom the walls were peeling. The accordion door was off its track in the hallway. In the VPK 1 classroom, there was small holes in the wall, walls peeling, and the sinks frame was peeling. In the VPK 2 classroom, a portion of the wall was peeling. In the three-year-old classroom, one of the slates on the closet door was coming off. There was also tape on the walls and stalls in the bathroom. Driver 1s license will expire on 2/14/2028, physical was conducted on 7/24/2024, the CPR and First Aid certificate is valid until 8/31/2025 and the driver 1 has completed the transportation training. Driver 2s license will expire on 2/24/2028, physical was conducted on 8/19/2024, the CPR and First Aid certificate is valid until 8/31/2025 and the driver as completed transportation safety training. Driver 3s license will expire on 8/21/2030, physical was conducted on 8/22/2024, and the driver as completed transportation safety training. At 2:39:11, the teacher that gave Teacher #1 a lunch break left the room when Teacher #1 came back. At 2:40:02, Teacher #1 left the room with a child and closed the classroom door. She came back in the room at 2:45:54, Teacher #1 left the room again at 2:46:03 and closed the door partially. At 2:49:13 an adult walked into the room and stood in the doorway. At Teacher #1 came back in room at 2:51:53. Teacher #1 left room at 3:25:53 and come back at 3:28:43. Teacher #1 left the classroom at 3:32:45 and came back at 3:33:40.
