    A form of discipline used by child care personnel was associated with food, rest and/or toileting. CCF Handbook, Section 2.8, A and s.402.305 (12), F.S. General Requirements [SR] Comments: On February 13, 2026, a child in the four-year-old classroom did not get a treat as part of Valentines Day. The child was having behavior issues that day and the teacher told the child that if he would not be able to have a treat until he calmed his body. The child had multiple attempts during the day to correct his behavior. The teacher stated that she would save the treat for after nap time, however after the teachers break the child had left for the day and he did not get his treat.
