    All adults and children failed to evacuate the facility when the approved fire alarm system was activated. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.4, B (Section 2.1 - Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: During the inspection visit two children were left behind in the two through four year-old room during the fire drill (Pictures and videos were taken). During the facility check the licensing specialist found two children one was on the mat and the other one in the bathroom. Shortly after the staff responsible walked back in the room and she grabbed the children and evacuated the building. Licensing specialist gave technical assistance to the staff responsible and director explaining that when the facility's approved fire alarm alert system is activated or initiated, all adults and children must evacuate the facility. During this inspection visit, a fire drill was conducted in the presence of the Licensing Specialist. There were 9 adults and 40 children present. The last approved fire inspection for this facility was dated 7/23/2025. The fire extinguisher certifications are valid until 7/2026. FOOD AND NUTRITION 24.
