CCF Handbook, Section 7.5, B Record Keeping [SR] Comments: August 21, 2025, the GOC1 observed three children in the one & two year old classroom, however none of the children were signed in until the GOC1 walked into the classroom. Technical assistance was provided to the teacher and the director to explain that the children must be signed in and out of the classroom on the roster at the correct time.
