   Child care personnel did not comply with the facility's written disciplinary and expulsion policies. CCF Handbook, Section 2.8, B General Requirements [SR] Comments: On February 3, 2026, two four-year-old children were running around the classroom. The teacher tried to calm them down by asking them to stop and by trying to redirect them as it was naptime. One of the children calmed down and went to take a nap. The other child would not settle down. The teacher then went to the child and picked him up in a cradle position. The child was squirming as the teacher held him and he fell from her arms onto the corner of the sleeping cot. When the child landed, his head hit the hard part of the cot.
