The operator must maintain a written record of the fire drills showing the date, number of children and child care personnel in attendance, evacuation route used, and time taken for all individuals to evacuate the premises. Each fire drill record must be maintained for a minimum of 12 months from the date of the fire drill. There was no documentation available to show that monthly fire drills have been completed for the month(s) of [see below]. The alarm was not utilized during this fire drill. The director stated that they do not activate the fire alarm to conduct fire drills and that they use siren sound effects from a website.
