    4.1, Handbook: Child care personnel including volunteers who work 10 hours or more per month must successfully complete the departments training within 12 months from the date training begins. Training completion may not exceed 15 months from the date of employment in the child care industry in any licensed Florida child care facility. The facility did not have documentation of child care personnel's completion of required training on the training transcript in that [see narrative]. Comments: A call was received by this monitor on February 23, 2026 and investigated on the 24th claiming that this facility was utilizing a former staff members transcripts for a current employee because she did not meet the training completion deadline. Upon investigation, the facility claimed that the current employee had been suspended until training completion. However, during the investigation, this monitor was made aware by the original claimant that the current employee had left out the back door. Her transcripts were then observed and she was outside of her training deadline. The cameras were viewed and the employee was observed leaving the building out of the back door.
