The fire extinguishers throughout the facility were not properly maintained. (Section 2.1(A) Health and Safety, Page 3) License/Certificates [SR] Comments: The inspection tags on fire extinguishers throughout the facility indicated that they were last serviced September 2023. A company came during this inspection and serviced and updated the inspection tags of all of the extinguishers. They now expire May 2026.
