(Section 2.1(A) Health and Safety, Page 3) Facility/Storage [SR] Comments: At the time of inspection, licensing monitor observed [6] pair of adult scissors in a clear, low, unlocked shelf in the 3yr old room. Shaving cream and other toxins and cleaning agents were also observed to be unlocked and accessible. Provider resolved by removing and/or utilizing locked cabinet for storage.
