Comments: At the time of the inspection, inspector observed all staff files and discovered that P.C. is not being the mandatory DCF training within 90 days. P.C.s industry state date is 12/1/2025, begun training on 3/18/2026 which is 107 days. Technical assistance was given all new child care personnel to the child care industry must begin DCF training within 90 days of working in the industry.
